Athena 3 bedroom holiday rental Villa consists of 3 bedrooms with ensuite marble bathrooms, an extra W.C, a kitchen and a lounge with fire place. On the ground floor are located a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a W.C, a kitchen with fully kitchenette, 4 ring stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, a toaster, a washmachine and a dishwasher. A comfortable lounge with a fire place is located next to the kitchen.

A Satellite TV and a DVD player can be found in the sitting room. A stair leads on the top floor with 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a large furnished balcony with spectacular views to the sea and to the mountains. All rooms are air-conditioned. The 3 bedroom villa benefits from its own private pool with a shallow end perfect for the children. A BBQ, sun beds and sun umbrellas are available. From the terrace, balconies or swimming pool you can enjoy the sunrise or the sunset.

Quite and peaceful just 5 min by car from Makrys Gialos village centre. Athena 3 bedroom holiday Villa is a new construction & it’s ideal for relaxing holidays. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Please, supply your own beach towels. Cleaning, change of bedlinen and towels twice a week free of charge.

    We stayed in Athena Villa for 15 fabulous days in July 2009.
    What can I say. The house was perfect. It had everything you needed and more. The pool was great for the children and us if we wanted to stay in and relax.
    Quiet and relaxing and yet so close to Makrys Gyalos(5 min by car) if you wanted something more than relaxation.
    The people in Makrys Gialos were so friendly that after 3 days we started feeling that we lived there all our lives.
    Nota and George were superb and took care everything we needed to have the BEST VACATIONS OF OUR LIVES (so far).
    Thanks again Nota and George and see again next year.
