The 2 bedroomed apartments – maisonettes are suitable for families with children and also for smaller groups.
There are 3 big family maisonettes with 2 bedrooms, a big furnished private balcony with fantastic sea view. The 4th maisonette is consisting of one bedroom a living-room and a big private furnished balcony with sea view. All rooms are tastefully decorated. The place is wonderful and peaceful, the beaches are very clean and not crowded, the water is sparkling and you will really enjoy your relaxing holidays.

We spent our two week holiday in July at Daidalos apartments and it definitely was too short! The location is excellent (just 80 metres from the beach!), the maisonette no. 3 perfect for 4 people, and Nota is a great host! Highly recommended!

Thank you for a very nice stay at the Daidalos Maisonettes (1 – 15 September 2009).
Makrigialos is our favourite place in Crete and we found Daidalos Maisonettes to be in a perfect location, being very close to the beach and the harbour area.
The maisonettes are very comfortable and well furnished with a wonderful view over both the sea and the mountains.
We shall be certain to book with you again and will recommend you to our friends.
We look forward to seeing you again soon (hopefully next year).
We have recently returned from our holiday in Crete where we spent some of the time in very comfortable accommodation in the Daidalos apartments in Makrigialos. Number 4 had great views across the hills and sea. It was very well equipped and had a large balcony-which might have benefitted from a parasol as it received sun for most of the day and could get a bit hot even in early June. Easy walking distance into the village and seafront with some good tavernas and cafes.

We have just returned to England (2nd Nov 2009) after two wonderful weeks in Makrigialos staying in Daidalos Maisonette where everything was perfect including the weather!! The accomodation is lovely – clean, spacious, well equipped and close to all amenities without need for a car and George & Nota are most helpful.
Having visited many places in Greece I have to say that Makrigialos is one of the best if you’re looking for peace, tranquility, good food, safe beaches with clear warm seas and very friendly locals.
I would thoroughly recommend it and hope to return myself next year.
