Anatoli Taverna, Agathias Palekastro… At the end of the road from Sitia to Agathias Village, through stunning mountain scenery is a little piece of Crete as it was in the 80s.
At the eastern side of the village you find Anatoli, a traditional taverna run by Nektarios Mastorakis and his mother Maria Mastoraki.
Taverna – Restaurant Vaios is situated in Agathias, approximately 1000 m. from the famous beaches of Hiona and Kouremenos, and is one of the few traditional taverns that still have every day changing Cretan specialties.
We offer unique traditional Cretan cuisine with homemade products.
All the fruit, vegetables, cheese, meat and olive oil we offer in our restaurant are our own products. At the same time you can taste fresh fish from the seas of Kato Zakros, which we fish ourselves!
